We at Bullwell are committed to making people happy, usually it’s our customers who rely on us to help them when things go wrong. But this didn’t deter us from helping the lovely children at Amington Heath Community School who were desperately in need of a Christmas tree. As always Bullwell delivered, and left the children with smiles.

As a token of their appreciation, the children gifted us with beautiful letters each expressing the child’s appreciation in a unique way.

When Solihull Round Table uncovered Santa’s House last month in readiness for their annual trip around the streets of Solihull to collect money for local charitable causes they were met with some very bad news. Over 25 years of hard work had taken its toll, the roof of the house was leaking and serious repairs were required…..Santa was in serious danger of not being able to visit the children!

In stepped Bullwell!  Bullwell’s team of skilled technicians scratched their heads and considered how to repair the leaks. Bad news, the roof was beyond repair. So, with time pressing on they removed the old roof and built a brand new one. Together with renewing the electrics and servicing the braking system they refurbished Santas house and by the time he arrived on 1^st December he was delighted to take ownership of the bright new sparkling House.

The house can be seen touring the streets of Solihull throughout the festive month and Solihull Round Table hope to raise in excess of £5,000 thanks to the help of Bullwell Trailer Solutions.

Bullwell Trailer Solutions Ltd has expanded its contacts department with the addition of two new employees.  Kelly joins us with a wealth of experience in administration and we also welcome Jay to the department who has many years experience in engineering and administration.  Jay said she is looking forward to using the skills she has developed over her career alongside the powerful IT systems and tools that Bullwell operate.

“The ability to have instant communication with the mobile engineers using Message Manager enables me to be constantly intouch without disrupting the engineers whilst they are working”.   The software that I use to manage the service planners and preventative maintenance schedules are first class and mean I can supply all the information that the customers request in a very timely and accurate manner”.

“Although I have only just joined the company I find everyone to be very forward thinking and  helpful.  Everyone here are always talking about and planning how to further improve the services we offer to the customer”.

The contracts department schedule, manage and control the servicing, MOT’s and repairs for Bullwells contract customer fleets.  For a fixed monthly charge per trailer Bullwell Trailer Solutions will take full control of your trailers to ensure the trailers and associated documentation are fully VOSA compliant.
